The challenge we had as a group was to differentiate the PLA pot from the plastic one so that the end-user prefers the sustainable option instead of the petroleum-based product (both distributed by Proven Winners).
At first glance, the label is similar so we knew this was our number one design priority. The label, printed with soy-based inks, is the only material that the consumer takes with them when purchasing the ornamental plant home. It is a great opportunity for the customer to know more about the product, the brand, and how it is used.
